It's a little difficult for us to review the effectiveness of the product because my family who has been trying it already has her migraines relatively well controlled but wanted to try it for possible extra benefits. It's unclear if her migraines have lessened in addition, but we knew this going forward so we're not disappointed. She did find some benefits with her sleep and overall felt good about the supplement while taking and will continue to use it for at least another few months.
